Little Miss Serinity made her debut 5 weeks early in the back of an ambulance. Born with cleft palate, and tiny, she lets nothing stop her. She is a fighter and is not afraid of anything. Over the next few months, she will be visiting with the plastic surgeon to repair her palate. Her smile will light up a room and she loves to cuddle!!
